About us

Hello, my name is Simeon Hart. I am the founder of S4H Limited.
Like for other small businesses, it has not been an easy journey but it has and continues to be a rewarding one.  My deafness does cause some issues but I have never let it stop me from achieving my goals, in fact it makes me work harder.

I am absolutely passionate about business, meeting people and sharing what I know.  I also love to learn from other people's personal experiences. I believe that we can all learn from each other to better ourselves.  Networking is valuable for both my personal and business development.  I am open minded and am always looking for new and effective ways of doing things.

S4H Limited offers a variety of services and our main aim is to meet the needs of our customers. We work to make sure our customers feel valued and supported.  I bring a wealth of experience from both my professional and personal life to my business.  My background includes charity work and various roles within the educational and business sectors, within the UK and internationally.

Some of the highlights of my career include working as a fundraiser for 'Common Ground Sign Dance Theater' where I was able to raise over £100,000 and working with deaf children in mainstream schools as a deaf instructor.

I spent 3 years working as a volunteer for the VSO, focusing on community and sport development in the Philippines.  During my time there, I helped set up a number of community events and therefore provided training and development opportunities for local deaf people.  This eventually led to encouraging the Philippine Federation of the Deaf to participate in the World Federation of the Deaf in 2007 and 2011.  The Phil Sports Federation of the Deaf then went on to participate in the Deaflympics in 2009 and 2013.

As you can see, all the projects I have worked with developed skills and opportunities for Deaf people. It has, at times, been difficult to achieve everything I have wanted and sometimes things have not gone to plan, HOWEVER, these times only made me more determined not to give up and to keep heading toward my goals and dreams.

My overall vision is to see small businesses working together to create value and sustainability for our long-term ambitions.
